Contract terms

Standard is a 3-month initial term on every retainer tier, then month-to-month, with 45 days' cancellation notice. Prepay the term and save 10%. Want no initial term at all? Pure month-to-month carries a 15% premium. Press Release Distribution is exempt — it isn't a subscription at all: US$499 buys one release, charged once, pay as you go. Nothing below applies to it.

Review & kickoff

Confirm your plan and continue to Stripe to start the engagement. Your card is charged for the first period on checkout; the engagement letter with this exact scope and total follows within one business day, and the kickoff call is booked inside two.

After checkout, you'll be asked to accept our Terms of Service — including a binding arbitration agreement (Nashville, TN or virtual) and a class-action waiver — in your client Studio at first login. Agreeing to those Terms is what starts the engagement; a countersigned engagement letter with your exact scope follows within one business day.
